📦 SHIPPING QUESTIONS


When will my order ship?


Jewelry: Ships within 1-3 business days.

Bags: Require additional supplier processing time and typically ship within 7-18 days.


You will receive a tracking number by email once your order (or part of your order) ships.



Why did I only receive part of my order?


Orders with both jewelry and bag items may ship in multiple packages due to different processing times.


You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.



Where is the rest of my order?


The remaining items are still being processed or in transit.

This is normal and explained in our Multiple Packages Disclaimer.


You will receive another tracking number once the remaining item ships.



Do you ship internationally?


At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Can I cancel or change my order?


Once your order has been submitted to our supplier, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. All sales are final.



What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay if enabled.

Are your bags and jewelry good quality?


Yes! Every item is inspected for quality before leaving our facility.



Will my bag look exactly like the photos?


Yes — we only show real product photos taken by BaddiesVault.

Lighting may vary slightly, but the style and details will match.



Why did my bag arrive with small creases?


Small creasing can happen during transit.

It naturally smooths out within 24–48 hours once the bag is filled or used.



📮 TRACKING & DELIVERY


How do I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to your email.

Tracking updates begin within 24–48 hours.



My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive anything.


Please check your:

✔ porch

✔ neighbors

✔ leasing office


If you still can’t find it, contact the carrier for GPS confirmation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.



🔁 RETURNS & ISSUES


What if my item arrives damaged?


Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.



Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final.
