Our luxury products are made and prepared per order, with standard processing times of 1-3 days for jewelry 3-7 for hair 7-18 for bags. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
Mixed orders (Bag+ jewelry)
If your order contains both jewelry and bag items, please note that they may ship separately.
Jewelry ships within 1-3 days.
Bag items require additional processing time and typically ship within 7-18 days.
You may receive multiple packages depending on the items purchased.
We do this to ensure you receive your jewelry quickly instead of waiting for longer-processing items.
Multiple packages disclaimer
At BaddiesVault, some items may ship separately depending on availability and processing times.
If your order contains a combination of jewelry and bag items, you may receive more than one package.
This is completely normal and helps ensure that you receive your faster-processing items (like jewelry) without waiting on longer-processing items (such as bags).
Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to your email once that specific item ships.
By placing an order with BaddiesVault, you acknowledge and understand that shipments may arrive in separate packages.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as BaddiesVault is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Where is the Rest of my order policy?
If you receive part of your order and notice other items haven’t arrived yet, don’t worry — the rest of your order is still on the way!
Because different items have different processing times, it is common for orders to be shipped in multiple shipments.
Common reasons for split shipments:
- Jewelry ships out quickly
- Bags require additional supplier processing time
- Some items may arrive at our facility earlier than others
- Items may ship from different fulfillment location
Once the remaining items are processed and shipped, you will receive an additional tracking number for each package.
✨ All sales are final
Each order placed with BaddiesVault is handled with care and custom-prepared to maintain our brand’s premium quality and hygiene standards.
Because of this, all sales are final — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all items, including hair extensions, wigs, bags and jewelry.
💎Product selection
We kindly ask that you review and confirm your order details carefully — including hair length, texture, bags and jewelry style — before completing checkout. Each product is prepared specifically for your order, ensuring you receive a brand-new, untouched item.
💵 Refund considerations
Refunds are only offered in cases where BaddiesVault is at fault, such as:
- An incorrect item was shipped
- A verified order was canceled before processing began
In the rare event that an item you purchased is discovered to be out of stock after payment, please know this was unintentional and due to a recent inventory update.
In this case, you’ll be promptly contacted and given the option to:
- Select another item of equal value, or
- Receive a full refund for the unavailable product.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, it will be honored immediately once confirmed.
To be considered for review, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order at baddiesvault10@gmail.com providing your order number and clear photos of the item received.
